Return Period
You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you received your package.

Conditions
Please return your item(s) in original condition: unused, unwashed, and if possible in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, your return may be refused.

Request a Return
You can easily request a return through your account under “Orders”
If this does not work, please send an email to info@verdugymwear.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: A 1% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
